Below we show inexpensive polycrystalline antimonides for more effective thermoelectric waste-heat recovery in 600 K than standard tellurides. That is enabled by a layout of Ni/Fe/Mg3SbBi and Ni/Sb/CdSb contacts for both equally a prevention of chemical diffusion and also a lower interfacial resistivity, recognizing a record and steady module eff
